Bangladesh Railway has increased facilities of income enchancing through transportations of cargo consignment following the strict transport movement on Dhaka-Chittagong Highway . R&H Department has imposed certain terms and conditions over transportation of cargo through highway.
Railway sources said , railway cargo department is ready to carry heavy consignment through railway wagons irrespective of weight prohibitions.
It is learnt , heavy weight transport trucks have been prohibited in Dhaka Chittagong Highway from December 1, last. As such Railway a uthority gets ready to carry heavy weight cargos .
