Implementation rate of the Annual Development Programme (ADP) for the first eight months (July-February) of fiscal year 2016-17 was 37 percent with an expenditure of Tk 45,532 crore.
The implementation rate for the period was 3.0 percent higher from 34 percent of the same period of the last fiscal FY16, said planning minister AHM Mustafa Kamal while briefing journalists after ECNEC meeting at NEC conference room here on Tuesday.
The expenditure was Tk 34,675 crore in the same period of the fiscal FY16, he said. If there is no natural disaster in the country, the rate of implementation would be higher this fiscal than that of the last fiscal year, the minister hoped.
