The implementation rate of the revised annual development programme (RADP) during the July-April period of the current fiscal year has reached 55.18 per cent.
The implementation rate during the same period of the last fiscal year was 49.09 per cent.
The execution rate was 9.62 per cent in April of FY22 which was 7.17 per cent of the same month in the last fiscal year, according to the latest statistics provided by the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) of the Ministry of Planning on Monday.
IMED data showed that the government, in the current fiscal, spent Tk 1,19,829 crore out of Tk 2,17,175.35 crore for RADP projects that included a total of 1,754 projects.
In FY21, the implementation rate was 82.21 per cent. The government spent Tk 1,72,051 crore out of Tk 2,09,272 crore for ADP projects. A total of 1,946 projects were included in the ADP.
