Staff Reporter :Administration of justice is a must for establishing rule of law. Role of every individual person, family, society and various institutions of the society is essential to ensure the administration of justice. Chief Justice of Bangladesh Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha said this as the chief guest of Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah Gold Medal Award giving ceremony held on the campus of the capital’s Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology(AUST) on 21 November 2015,. He also said, all of us can play a vital role through establishing Social Sanctioning System. In this regard, persons or institutions should be awarded for their welfare activities, on the other hand punishment should be ensured for any misdeed. In recognition to his outstanding contribution to research based works in medical services, President of Bangladesh Diabetic Samity Professor A.K. Azad Khan was awarded Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah Gold Medal Award 2015. Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha handed over a crest, a cheque for Tk. one lakh with the gold medal to Professor A.K. Azad Khan.
