Bachelor (Hons) first year admission test result of ‘A’ unit of Islamic University (IU) under academic session 2013-2014 has been published.
The unit coordinator said that the results published on January 18, 2014 at 11:00 pm. The result has been published after 11 hour of exam taken. Students can see the results in EduIcon.com Result Page or university website (www.iu.ac.bd).
Merit list candidates of ‘A’ unit can be admitted into Al-Quran & Islamic Studies, Al-Hadith & Islamic Studies and Dawah and Islamic Studies Departments under Faculty of Theology and Islamic Studies. 977 candidates participated in this admission test this year for 240 seats. 17 candidates compete for each seat.
‘B’ unit admission test of Islamic University (IU) under academic session 2013-2014 under Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences will be held on January 19, 2014. The admission test will be held in four shifts, morning from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The highest number of candidates applied for ‘B’ unit this year.
Candidates of ‘B’ unit can be admitted into Bangla, English, Islamic History & Culture and Arabic Language & Literature departments. Total 19 thousand 207 candidates applied for 340 seats in this unit.
Comilla University
Bachelor (Hons) first year admission test result of Comilla University (CoU) under academic session 2013-2014 has been published.
The admission test coordinator said that the results published on January 19, 2014 at 8:30 pm. The results can be found in EduIcon.com Result Page or university website (www.cou.ac.bd/admission_test.html).
Viva voce for 1 to 160 candidates of ‘A’ unit merit list will be taken on 3rd February 2014 from 10:00 am and for 161 to 315 candidates of ‘A’ unit merit list will be taken on 4th February 2014 from 10:00 am.
Viva voce for 1 to 160 candidates of ‘B’ unit (Humanities) merit list will be taken on 3rd February 2014 from 10:00 am, 1 to 88 candidates of ‘B’ unit (Science) merit list and 1 to 37 candidates of ‘B’ unit (Business Studies) merit list will be taken on 5th February 2014 from 10:00 am.
Viva voce for 1 to 160 candidates of ‘C’ unit (Business Studies) merit list will be taken on 3rd February 2014 from 10:00 am, 1 to 18 candidates of ‘C’ unit (Science) merit list and 1 to 14 candidates of ‘C’ unit (Humanities) merit list will be taken on 5th February 2014 from 3:00 pm.
Sylhet Agri University
Bachelor first year Admission Test results of Sylhet Agricultural University (SylAU) under academic session 2013-2014 have been published on January 18, 2014. The result can be found at EduIcon.com Result Page or SylAU Website (www.sau.ac.bd).
Total 5 thousand 787 candidates applied for the admission test this year for 400 seats in SylAU. The results have been published on the website, said SylAU administration. The admission test was held in 5 centers in 6 Faculties of SylAU.
The admission test was taken in total 5 centers with SylAU, Sylhet Engineering College, Government Teacher Training College, Sylhet Model School and College and Sylhet Government College.
Inspection team led by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Shahid Ullah Talukder visited the exam halls. Senior teachers and officials presents in the visiting team with the Registrar, Badrul Islam Shoeb.
