The bachelor admission test of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) under 2013-2014 Session will be hold on 21st march.
SUST academic council on Wednesday noon canceled the combined admission process with the Jessore Science and Technology University (JSTU) and decided to hold the admission test of the university as per previous system.
Dr Aminul Islam, Vice-chancellor said, the academic council annulled the combined admission process and now the admission tests of SUST and JSTU will be held separately. Earlier, the authorities of SUST and JSTU took the initiative of combined admission test which was scheduled to be held on November 30 last year.
But the SUST authorities cancelled the combined admission process on November 26 in the face movement by some local organizations. However, the authorities, the following day, backed off from the decision and decided to go with the combined admission test following the resignation of Prof Dr Muhammed Zafar Iqbal and his wife Prof Dr Yasmeen Haque, both teachers of SUST, over the annulment of the university’s combined admission test.
JUST admission test on March 14

The first year bachelor admission test of Jessore University of Science & Technology (JUST) under the academic session 2013-2014 will be held on March 14, says JUST Vice-Chancellor Dr. Abdus Sattar at a press conference in Jessore Press Club on Thursday.
Approximately 12 thousand candidates will take part in the admission test for 610 seats in 16 Departments of JUST, he said. Detailed information regarding the admission test will be available at the new website of JUST.
