The information was disclosed by the Country Director of ADB Manmohan Parkash after a meeting with the Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader at the Secretariat on Wednesday.
The decision was taken after Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina requested ADB to fund the expansion of the highways, said the Country Director.
