Adamjee Cantonment College blanked Dhaka Commerce College by 19-0 points in the opening match of the Quick City College Rugby Competition at the Paltan Maidan on Friday.
In the day’s first match, Gazipur Cantonment College overcame Imperial College by 5-0 points at the same venue.
In the day’s second match, Cambrian College defeated Rajendrapur Cantonment Public School & College by 15-3 points at the same venue.
In the day’s third match, Gazipur Cantonment College overpowered Kabi Nazrul College by 8-0 points at the same venue.
Joint-Secretary of the Ministry of Education Aminul Islam Khan inaugurated the rugby meet today by releasing the balloons as the chief guest while Managing Director of Quick City Real Estate Limited Waliullah Bublbul and Director of Quick City Real Estate Limited Mahmud Hasan Noman were with him as special guests.
Business Executive of Business Consulting KM Wazed Ali Masum, General Secretary of Bangladesh Rugby Federation Mousum Ali, Joint-Secretary of the Federation Syed Ahmed were present at the time.
