ACME approved 25pc cash dividend: The shareholders of The ACME Laboratories Limited approved 25 percent cash dividend for the Financial Year 2019-2020. The approval came from the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held through virtually on Thursday, said a press release. Nagina Afzal Sinha, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Managing Director, Jahanara Mizan Sinha, Deputy Managing Director, Md. Abul Hossain, Nominee Director, Syed Shahed Reza, Fouzia Haque, Independent Directors, Tasneem Sinha, Fahim Sinha, Directors, Md. Hasibur Rahman, Additional Deputy Managing Director, Md. Rafiqul Islam, Company Secretary, Md. Arshadul Kabir, Head of Finance and Accounts and a large number of shareholders of the company, were also present in the meeting.
