Accolade continued pouring on Bangladesh for their tremendous victory against West Indies, a victory that kept them alive in the ICC Cricket World Cup semifinal race.
Bangladesh crushed West Indies by seven wickets, pulling off second highest chase of World Cup history as they gunned down the chase of 322 with 51 balls to spare. This was such a clinical performance that the former cricketers and common people go abuzz in social media to appreciate Bangladesh’s victory.

Shakib Al Hasan was key in Bangladesh’s victory, smashing a terrific 99 ball-124 runs not out, his second successive century in this ongoing World Cup and overall ninth ODI century.
The ace all-rounder was also praised for his tremendous knock.

Former Indian batsman and commentator VVS Laxman was amazed to see how easily Bangladesh chased down that mammoth total. He hailed Shakib Al Hasan for his back to back hundreds but he was more impressed with Liton Das because of the maturity he showed in his World Cup debut.
