The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) will quiz seven officials of the National Housing Authority (NHA) for committing irregularities in plot allocation.
The ACC on Wednesday sent notices to them asking to remain present at the commission’s head office on March 10, 2016, ACC sources said.
The ACC will quiz NHA Joint-Secretary Azaharul Haque, Director Shannewaz Chowdhury,
Deputy Directors SM Tipu Sultan and Al Mamun, Assistant Director Mustafa Kamal, former Chief Engineer Amir Ali Mondol and Mohibur Rahman.
According to an allegation received by the ACC, some NHA officials in collaboration with one another allocated a plot violating the housing rules for their personal gains.
ACC Deputy Director Zulfikar Ali is probing the allegation.
