Anti-corruption Commission, Chittagong chapter will investigate the forgery of a former Sub Inspector of Bandar thana, now assigned in Baizid thana under CMP for abuse of court notice under section CrPC 145. Chitagong Metropolitan Magistrate Court sent the allegations to ACC, Chittagong after one year.
Court sources said one sufferer Noor Hossain filed a suit against the said police official for abusing the court notice(case No.39/2015) on March 4, 2015 before the CMM court . Asstt. Director of ACC, Chittagong and IO of the case Md. Moniruzzaman admitted the r eceipt of the court’s notice for investigating the allegations of Noor Hossain of Gosaildanga of Bandar thana and ACC has decided to launch investigations after primary scrutiny over the allegations, he added.
