The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Wednesday interrogated Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Baishakhi Television Tipu Alam in connection with amassing of wealth by DATCO Group Chairman Moosa-Bin-Shamsher in dishonest way.
ACC Deputy Director Mir Mohammad Zoynal Abedin Shibli questioned him in the Commission’s head office.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya of the anti-graft watchdog told The New Nation that the investigation team interrogated
him sensing his business relation with Moosa.
ACC began investigation in 2011 to dig out whether Moosa amassed wealth beyond his known sources of income.
The Commission resumed the investigation work in 2014 after pause of three years.
