The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Wednesday conducted a surprise drive at the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) in the capital in the wake of allegations of corruption and irregularities at the bureau.A six-member ACC team, led by its director general Mohammad Monir Chowdhury, conducted the drive around 12 pm, ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told UNB.
During the drive, the ACC team interrogated BMET Director General Selim Reza and other officials, and recorded their statements.
