Staff Reporter :The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Sunday approved a chargesheet against a General manager of Sonali Bank’s Head Office on the charge of accumulating wealth illegally.The Commission in its regular meeting gave the approval to the chargesheet against suspended General Manager Nani Gopal Nath, ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told The New Nation on Sunday. On January 31, 2016, the Commission filed a case against him with RamnaModel Police Station in the capital for not submitting his wealth statement to the ACC as per its requirement.During the investigation, the national anti-graft body found that Nani Gopal Nath accumulated wealth illegally.The chargesheet will soon be submitted in the court against him under Section 32 of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2004.
