During corona pandemic, Ekushey Padak winning noted actor, playwright and director Abul Hayat did not make any drama or telefilm. But few days ago, he has returned to acting. After returning to acting, he dared to make a telefilm on the
occasion of coming Eid. To telecast
on Channel i, Abu Hayat has made
a telefilm Megh Moyurir Golpo. Based
on Rabeya Khatun’s story Abul Hayat himself wrote script of the telefilm.
While talking about making the telefilm Abul Hayat said, “Elder son of a family died. Then his wife wants to get her brother-in-law very close despite having his wife. At one stage, wife of elder son starts to love her brother-in-law. But wife of younger son does not bother it. I will not more right now. In the telefilm, Intekhab Dinar, Tutul Chowdhury, Shahana Rahman Sumi, Tanzika Amin and two children – Turjo and Aboni- acted in different roles. They acted really well. But I did not act in the telefilm.” Golam Habib Litu worked as chief assistant director in the telefilm.
While talking about acting in the Eid telefilm Intekhab Dinar said, “Respected Abul Hayat Bhai’s direction I first acted in theatre play. Later, I worked in popular drama serial Bondhon and then I acted for many times under his direction. It is my liking that when I got the scope to work under his direction I developed myself in acting. Story of this telefilm was exceptional.”
Shahana Sumi shared her feelings by this way, “Though I got little bit scope to work under Hayat Uncle’s direction but I could learn something new about acting from him. My role was interesting and challenging in the telefilm. I really enjoyed working in the telefilm.”
Tanzika Amin said, “Earlier, I had experience to work under Hayat Uncle’s direction. There is difference between director Hayat Uncle and actor Hayat Uncle. He does not comprise during acting. Always prays for his good health.”
Tutul Chowdhury said, “It is no doubt that Abul Hayat Uncle is a noted actor and director. It is a great luck for me to get the opportunity to work under Hayat Uncle’s direction.”
