A schoolgirl, who had been abducted from Parla village in Sadar upazila two days ago, was rescued from a house at the village on Friday night.
The rescued girl was identified as Dipa Biswas,15, daughter of Debashish Biswas of the village.
Munsi Asaduzzaman, officer in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said Al Mamun Biswas,18, son of Habibur Rahman, and Shahin Biswas,18, son of Lutfar Biswas, both residents of the same village, picked up Dipa while she was returning home from the school on October 14. Failing to know his daughter’s whereabouts, the victim’s father lodged a case with the police station, added the OC.
