Local sources said Raihan with his hands tied sought help to some workers when they on board a dinghy went to Fatra forest area under Lata Chapali union at 9am to lift sand.
They rescued Raihan and handed him over to Mohipur police.

Raihan went missing on Thursday while going to his in-laws’ house. Later on Friday, a video of torture on Raihan went viral on the social media.
Mohipur Police OC Moniruzzaman said Raihan was rescued within 48 hours after filing of a case.
Meanwhile, Two accused, out of nine, in the case have already been arrested with huge quantum of liquor making ingredients.
