Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) after a lapse of nearly one and a half month of abduction rescued a female student.
Police rescued Tithi Dotta, 11, from Sandwip on Sunday night and brought her to city’s Khulshi thana.
Police said Tithi, a class seven student, was kidnapped by miscreants from in front of her residence in city’s Jhautola area on January 22. Police following a case filed by the victim’s father conducted drives in Sandwip upazila and rescued her on Sunday.
