With an aim to emerge group champions, Abahani Limited take on Minerva Punjab in their last group E away match from home of the AFC Cup scheduled to be held on today (Wednesday) at Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati, India. The match kicks off at 4.30 pm. Earlier, on Sunday last, the traditional sky blue Dhanmondi outfit reached in Assam, India to play their final group match without their Nigerian striker Sunday Chizoba, who could not accompany with the team due to visa problem. In April, Sunday was late to join Abahani for away match against Chennaiyin FC due to visa complications in which the Dhanmondi outfit suffered a solitary goal defeat. Bangladesh Premier League champions Abahani need a victory to move into the inter-zone play-off but they will miss the service of Sunday and injured Brazilian midfielder Wellington Priori.
