Dhaka Abahani Limited will observe the 42nd death anniversary of its founder and renowned sportsman cum sports organizer Sheikh Kamal on Tuesday (Aug 15) at the Dhanmondi club premises.
On the occasion, Abahani Limited will sort out a day-long program at the club premises to pay their respect for legendary sports personal.
The day’s program will begin at 12.01 am with offering of bouquet and praying munajat at the portrait of Sheikh Kamal at the Abahani club premises.
National and Abahani flags will be half mast at the club premises in the morning, followed by a day long Qurankhani.
Club directors, officials and players will offer Fateha at the Banani graveyard and present bouquet there in the morning at 10am.
Food will be distributed among the poor and destitute after the Zohr prayer and a milad mahfil will be held at Abahani Club after the Asr prayer.
