After five-day recess, the TVS Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football will resume at the Bhasha Sainik Dhirendranath Dutta Stadium in Cumilla today. Dhaka Abahani Limited will take on Swadhinata Krira Sangha (KS) in the day’s lone match. The game will kick-off at 4.00pm. Dhaka Abahani Limited took the second position in the points table grabbing 38 points from 18 matches, while Swadhinata Krira Sangha remained at the bottom position earning nine points from same number of outings.
Tomorrow three matches of BPL Football will be held at the different venues across the country. All the matches will start at 4.00pm.
Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited will face Uttar Baridhara Club at the Bhasha Sainink Dhirendranath Dutta Stadium in Cumilla, while Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra will meet Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited at the Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani Stadium in Gopalganj and Bangladesh Police Football Club will play against Rahmatganj MFS at the Muktijoddho Sriti Stadium in Rajshahi.
Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club took the sixth spot bagging 26 points from 18 matches, while Uttar Baridhara Club took the 10th position claiming 13 points from 18 matches. Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad took the 11th position earning 11 points from 18 matches, while Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra took the eighth spot collecting 21 points from as many outings. Bangladesh Police Football Club took the fifth position bagging 28 points from 18 matches, while Rahmatganj MFS took the ninth position gaining 14 points from as money outings.
