Abahani Limited beat Dhaka Wanderers Club by 9-3 goals in the day’s lone match of the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Tuesday.
Abahani led the first session by 3-1 goals.
Md Irfan of Abahani Limited hit a hat-trick and his teammate Shakeel Abbasi scored two goals and their teammates Rumman Sarkar, Shafaqat Rasool, Toushique Ahmed, Maksud Alam Habul successfully struck one time each on the board.
On the other hand, Khalilur Rahman, Bishal and Jagir Singh of Dhaka Wanderers Club netted one goal each.
