A trust fund titled ‘Mirza Mohammad Abdullah and Begum Badrunnesa Trust Fund’ has been set up at the Institute of Disaster Management and Vulnerability Studies of Dhaka University (DU). In order to set up this fund late Mirza Mohammad Abdullah’s wife Begum Badrunnesa handed over a cheque for Tk. 6 lakh to DU Treasurer Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin on Wednesday at the Vice-Chancellor’s office. DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique was present on the occasion.
