Arif Arko became the first runner-up in the contest, Imami Fair & Handsome The Ultimate Man in 2013.
Though for the last two years he was engaged with acting in several TV plays, but he didn’t get the opportunity to perform in any movie.
On the other hand, after securing the second runner-up position in Veet-Channel i Top Model contest in 2014 Jannatun Noor Moon has already performed in two TV plays.
For the first time, these two newcomer actors are going to perform together as a pair in a movie titled Kaler Putul. Nasiful Walid has written story of the movie, while it will be made by Aka Reza Galib.
From May 20 shooting of the movie will kick off in different locations including Rangamati and Bandarban areas. To perform in this thriller-based movie, Arif Arko and Moon are taking necessary preparations. The film will be produced by Impress Telefilm Ltd.
While talking in this regard Arif Arko told this correspondent, “It will be my first acted movie. For this reason, I am taking necessary preparations in this regard. I want to act properly and will try to establish myself as a full-fledged actor in the industry. I shall try my level best effort to perform my role in the movie properly.”
Jannatun Noor Moon, hailed from Comilla, is very much excited to get the opportunity to act in this movie.
While sharing her feelings Moon said, “Everybody pray for me as I can perform well in Kaler Putul.”
After becoming first runner-up Arif Arko acted against Sadia Islam Mou in Anjan Aich’s directed a telefilm titled Shada Somoy. Later, he came into limelight to perform against Kushum Shikdar in Wahid Anam’s Dhoa, against Bidya Sinha Mim in Dipankar Dipon’s The Lost Phone and against Bhabna in Russell Shikdar’s Sayanner Gaan. The six feet two inches height Arif Arko wants to establish himself as an actor in the film industry, he said.
However, studying in BBA in North South University Moon first performed against Afran Nisho in play Agochorey Bhalobasha.
Later, Moon also acted against Sajal in Shabnam Parvin’s directed another play titled Prem Janena Roshik Kala Chan, which will be telecasted on Channel i on April 10, she mentioned.
