A court in Chattogram in an order sent 9 activists of BNP and Jubo Dal to jail custody rejecting their bail petition yesterday. Public Prosecutor of Mohanagar Session Judge Court Advocate FakruddinChowdhury said Session Judge Ashfaqur Rahman passed this order rejecting their bail petition .
Following the order of the higher court, these accused surrendered before the court today. The accused BNP activists are Nur Mohammad Guddu, Habibur Rahman, Md. Khorshed, Md. Nezam, Rafiqul Islam, Md. Monir, JaneAlam Selim and Abu Miah. PP Fakruddin told that these BNP activists were granted anticipatory bail from High Court earlier in a criminal case of Pahartalithana of of 2018.
