Over 88,000 pilgrims so far have returned to the country till Friday from Saudi Arabia after performing the Holy Hajj.
“All Hajj pilgrims are expected to return to the country within October 5,” said a press release.
Some 88,214 Hajj pilgrims, according to the release, have returned to the country from Saudi Arabia till today while a total of 1,27,229 pilgrims went there for performing Hajj this year.
Of them, 149 Hajj pilgrims died in Saudi Arabia.
Bangladesh Biman and Saudi Airlines have operated 256 return Hajj flights.
