Police arrested 68 people including two drug dealers in Satkhira by anti-narcotics campaign from Tuesday to yesterday evening .
They were arrested from different places in eight police stations.
At that time, 51 rounds of rifle bullets were recovered from a pond at Debibata in Azizpur village. Six cases were filed against the arrested . Source added that 17 people from Satkhira Sadar Police Station, 7 from Kolaroa Police Station, 5 from Tala Thana, 10 from Kaliganj Police Station, 8 from Shyamnagar Police Station, 10 from Assasuni Police Station, and Debhata Police Station Five people and 6 people from Patkelghata thana were arrested.
Sylhet Bureau adds: At least 19 persons including eight wanted accused and 11 accused in regular cases were arrested from different areas of Habiganj.
Police arrested them on different places in last 12-hour ending at 9:00 am on Monday morning.
Several cases, including subversive activities are pending with different police stations against the arrested persons, said Detective Branch (DB) of police sources.
The arrested were sent to jail.
