The government has continued to distribute blankets to the poor and distressed people throughout the country.
Under the programme, Sadar Upazila Administration of the district has distributed 85 winter clothes among 85 cold-hit people on Monday noon.
Deputy Commissioner Md Parvez Hasan distributed the winter clothes among the cold-hit people of the upazila as the chief guest while attending a simple function on the premises of Upazila Nirbahi Office (UNO) under the supervision of Sadar UNO Mandeep Gharai.
