The Dean’s Award has been given to eight teachers of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) for their special contribution to research at the initiative of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Technology on Thursday. Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Technology Professor Dr Mushtaq Ahmed confirmed the matter.
He said, the award was given to teachers for their contribution to research in 2019 and 2020. Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed, Vice Chancellor of the University was present as the chief guest.
Prof Dr Md. Anowarul Islam, the treasurer of the university was present as a special guest, Md. Abdullah Al Mumin, the head of the CSE Department was present as the convener. Deans of various faculties and teachers of the department were also present on the occasion.
