Chittagong Bureau :
Members of Detective Branch of Chittagong Metropolitan Police rounded up 8 persons allegedly accused with snatching and mobile lifting from city area on Friday night.
Asstt. Police commissioner of DB Md. Kamruzzaman told that 5 mobile lifters rounded up from city gate area and three snatchers from Kaptai road junctions in city .
Sources said these accused are shouldering several criminal cases with the city thanas . The detained accused have been handed over to concerned police station, sources said.
The detained snatchers are Alauddin,Nurnabi and Sabuj and the mobile lifters named Anisur, Kamal, Rajib, Elias and Tajul . The ages of all the detained ranges from 20 to 30 years, sources said.
