Atleast 8 Kutcha dwelling houses gutted into ashes in Chittagong on yesterday early morning. The fire incident occurred at fishermen’s slum of Feringhee bazar in city . The fire originated from electric short circuit at early 4 am. Four fire extinguishing mobile vans rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control, fire services sources said. The fire caused properties worth about Tk.10 lakh , sources said.
