Some eight students of Khulna University of Engineering , Technology ( KUET ) were expelled for different terms , six were fined and thirteen students were warned by the authorities of the University on Tuesday on an allegation of committing untoward incident centering a football match, says a Press release.
Besides, 6 students were fined. They are – Shoeb Islam, Md. Foysal, Rasin Zaman, Ahsanul Abedeen, Shaykat Dey and Redwanul Amin.
13 students were warned strictly after taking bond. They are – Tanvir Ahmed, Tilok Barua, Noor Mohammed, Golam Rabbi Sium, Aminul Islam Shihab, Anikur Brahman, Muhibbin Hossain Sardar, Md. Kawsar, Md. Shariful Islam, Salim Abedin Fahim, Tanvir Brahman, Fahim Foysar Arnob and Nafsi Ahmed.
As per decision of a prob committee of the University, the above -mentioned punishment was given, it is stated in the Press release.
