Police on Sunday pressed charges against eight members of banned Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) in
connection with the killing of Japanese citizen Hoshi Kunio.

Abdul Kader Jilani, also the investigation officer of the case, submitted a charge-sheet against them before court of Senior Judicial Magistrate Shafiul Alam, said the OC.
Hoshi Kunio, 65, was gunned down by unknown assailants near his farmhouse at Kachu Alutary in Kaunia upazila on October 3 last.
