Under the initiative of Tarash Upazila Agriculture Office of Sirajganj, eight combine harvesters (rice cutting) machines have been distributed among the farmers. Prof Dr Md Abdul Aziz, Member of Parliament for 64 Sirajganj 3 constituencies, handed over the keys of the combine harvester machine to the farmers at the Upazila Parishad premises on Saturday afternoon under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mejbaul Karim.
Under the integrated management of agricultural mechanization project, 8 combine harvesters made by Mittal Agro Limited Company were distributed among the farmers with 50% subsidy due to the crisis of agricultural labor in the upazila. were present on the occasion Principal Moniruzzaman Moni, Chairman Upazila Parishad, Lutfunnahar Luna, Upazila Agriculture Officer, Anwar Hossain Khan, Upazila Vice Chairman, Morzina Islam, Women Vice Chairman, Nagib Mahfuz, Abdul Momin and many others.
