UNB, Dhaka :At least eight activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League were injured in a rival attack at Allama Kashgori Hall of Govt Alia Madrasa in old part of the capital on Thursday evening.The injured are Ferdous, Rakib, Aminul, Limon, Nurul Islam, Hasan Mahmud, Ahmed Bulbul and Babu. All of them are supporters of Shahadat group. Sources at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) said supporters of BCL leader Solaiman stormed into the dormitory around 7pm in a bid to capture the hall.They beat the supports of Shahadat group as they tried to resist them, the sources said. Contacted, Inspector Mozammel, in-charge of DMCH police camp, said several BCL activist of Allama Kashgori Hall were given first aid at the hospital.
