Brac is distributing 78,000 sets of clothes among the children coming from Myanmar’s Rakhine State to Bangladesh.
The Bangladesh-based international development organisation already distributed 58,535 sets of clothes to the children, aged up to 10 years, said Shararat Islam, senior manager communications at Brac.
The organisation has gathered clothing items for the children living in 10 makeshift settlements in Ukhia and Teknaf, said a press release.
In addition, floor mats have been provided to around 1,700 families.
