Police in separate drives arrested 71 people from four districts of Sylhet division on Saturday.
M Shakhawat Hossain, Additional Deputy Inspector General of Sylhet Police, said police launched drives from Friday night till Saturday morning and arrested 19 people from Sylhet, 11 from Moulvibazar, 15 from Habiganj and 26 from Sunamganj district.
Lukkus Mia, a member of Biswanath upazila unit of BNP, was among the arrestees.
