Seven important spots under Double Mooring thana in the port city came under Close Circuit camera for more monitoring of the crimes. 25 CCTV camera installed in these seven spots of the city . Senior police officials will monitor these crimes if any through these CCTV round the clock and will take immediate steps against any sorts of crime, if necessary.
These spots under CCTV are – Chowmuhani Crossing, Badamtali intersection, Janata Bank crossing, Commerce College Square, Banani Complex premises, barik building crossing under DM thana.
Thana police , senior officials of Zone, and CMP Commissioner will have advantage of monitoring round the clock of the areas, sources said.
