A mobile court here on Wednesday fined seven restaurants with Tk.57,000 and one pharmacy Tk. 10 thousand for separate reasons in Khulsi and Bandar thana area in the city.
Executive Magistrate Nazia Sherin of Chittagong City Corporation while conducting the drives fined seven restaurants of GEC crossing Tk 57 thousand for producing and selling adulterate food items under Khulsi thana Meanwhile one pharmacy in Bandar thana area was convicted penalty of Tk.10 thousand for keeping spirit illegally. The fined restaurants are Zaman Hotel , Niribili Hotel, Al Helal Restora, Mohammadi restaurant, Café Alam, Candy Snacks and Off Time Snacks .
