Staff Reporter :At least seven people, including six of a family, were severely burnt in a gas pipeline explosion at a house in Senpara area under Kafrul Police Station in the city on Sunday.The injured were identified as Amena Begum, 25, her husband Sajib, 30, father Delwar 60, mother Saleha, 50, sister Fatema, 12, brother Jahid, 15, son Arman and their neighbour Shah Alam.Sub-Inspector of Kafrul Police Station Abul Hasan said a leaked gas line blasted at a tin-shed house – in Senpara Parbat area around 1:00am, leaving six of the family members injured.One of their neighbour received burn injuries when he went to save the family members, the ASI said.The injured were admitted to the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
