A mobile court has recovered 8 acres of land in Port City owned by Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) in Madarbari area under Sadarghat police station. On Sunday last , CCC Executive Magistrate Marufa Begum Nellie and Special Magistrate (Joint District and Sessions Judge) Jahanara Ferdous led the operation.
After evicting hundreds of illegal shops and establishments in the operation, the place was handed over to the real estate branch of CCC.
Officers and staff of the concerned department of CCC , Sadarghat Thana Police, Chittagong Metropolitan Police and members of 30 Ansar Battalion assisted the mobile court.
