A court in Chittagong granted two days remand each of the 7 arrested shibir activists allegedly accused in the cocktail blasts on Chittagong University teachers bus .
Senior Judicial Magistrate of Chittagong Abu Salam Md. Noman granted this remand following the prayer of police yesterday.
Police inspector of Prosecution Unu Maung Marma told this correspondent that Hathazari thana police prayed for 7 days remand of each accused but the court after hearing the petition granted two days remand.
The 7 Shibir men are Mostafa Kamal, Imam Hossain, Md.Younus, Towhidul Islam, Kamrul Barakat, Mamun Kazi, and Shah Alam Mentionable that Shibir activists hurled cocktail on CU teachers bus in Hathazari area on Wednesday last where 16 were injured including 12 teachers.
