6th Dreamliner ‘Achin Pakhi’ starts for Dhaka

Biman’s brand new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner ‘Achin Pakhi’ has started its journey for Dhaka from Seattle, USA.
The aircraft left Boeing Everett Delivery Centre at 2.30pm (local time) on Tuesday, and landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at around 7:00pm, according to a Biman press release.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina named the Dreamliner.
Biman’s first and second Dreamliner – “Akash Beena” and “Hangsabalaka” – arrived in August, and December last year. The third one – “Gaangchil” – arrived in July, fourth one, “Rajhanso”‘, in September and fifth one, “Sonar Tori” in December this year.
