UNB, Sirajganj :
Six cows were killed and two cattle traders injured as a cattle-laden truck fell into a ditch at Bhuyangati on the Dhaka-Bogra Highway in Raipur upazila of the district on Monday afternoon.
Locals said a Dhaka-bound cattle-laden truck from the northern-region plunged into a roadside ditch as its driver lost control over its wheels in the area around 4pm, leaving six cows dead on spot and two cattle traders critically injured.
Later, locals rescued the injured and sent them to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
