A group of 59 students of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) left here today for India on a one-month internship in two Indian veterinary institutions.
The students of the 16th batch of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) course, along with their guides- Prof Dr. Bhajan Chandra Das of Medicine and Surgery Department and Assistant Prof. Dr. Babu Kanti Nath of Poultry and Dairy Department, left Chittagong for India this afternoon, said Khalilur Rahman, Deputy Director (Public Relations and Protocol) of CVASU.
The students will complete their internship at Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University and Madras Veterinary College.
They will return home on May 19.
