Water levels in 58 river stations monitored by Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) have marked fall and 29 stations recorded rise.
Among the 90 monitored water level stations, two river stations have been registered steady while two are flowing above the danger marks, a bulletin issued by FFWC said here on Sunday.
The Padma at Sureswar and the Kobadak at Jhikargacha are flowing above their danger levels by 6cm and 72cm respectively.
Significant rainfall was recorded in some stations in different districts during the last 24 hours ending at 9 am yesterday.
A total of 130.6 mm rainfall was recorded at Ramgarh, 100mm at Patuakhali, 100mm at Chandpur, 78mm at Narayanhut.
75mm at Parshuram, 72mm at Bandarban, 69.5mm at Noakhali, 57.3mm at Madaripur, 52mm at Comilla and 49mm at Barisal.
