The government on Tuesday provided CIP (Commercially Important Person) cards to 54 industrial entrepreneurs in recognition of their contributions to employment generation and economic development.
Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu handed over the CIP cards to the recipients at a function organised by the ministry at BIAM auditorium.
The CIps were selected by the government for the CIP status a few months back. They will be facilitated with special facilities for one year from Tuesday.
