Police arrested 53 including 14 drug traders in drives from Thursday night to this morning in the district.
Police source said they also recovered illegal drugs including 134
pieces of Yaba tablets, 170 bottles of Phensidyl, 450 grams of Ganja and 130 liter of liquor from eight upazilas of the district.
The arrested people were sent to jail this noon.
