Members of Bangladesh Coast Guards in a drive seized 51 kilograms of venison from Kalirkhal area of the Sundarbans under Satkhira range early Wednesday.
Acting on secret information, Coast Guard members conducted the drive in the area and seized the venison, officials said. They said there was no arrest as the venison smugglers fled the scene sensing the law enforcers’ presence.
